Mais de 180 estudantes, dos 3º anos do Ensino Fundamental da rede pública, participaram do projeto “Casarão de Histórias”, que aconteceu no Casarão de Brigadeiro Tobias, na segunda e terça-feira (6 e 7), em comemoração à Semana “Brigadeiro Rafael Tobias de Aguiar”.
Realizada pela Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Cultura (Secult), com recursos de emenda do vereador Fábio Simoa, a iniciativa atendeu alunos das escolas do bairro, que leva o nome do patrono, com foco na valorização do patrimônio histórico, natural e imaterial.
O prédio, tombado pelo Conselho de Defesa do Patrimônio Histórico, Artístico, Arqueológico e Turístico do Estado de São Paulo, integra parte importante da história de Sorocaba. “Esse projeto garante que as crianças de escolas municipais e estaduais possam conhecer um pouco mais sobre história, música, arte, flora e fauna, aspectos relevantes da nossa história que atravessam gerações e fazem parte das raízes da nossa cidade”, ressaltou a assessora de gabinete da Secult, Jackeline Pilão.
Participaram do projeto as escolas municipais “Dr. Milton Leite Oliveira” e “Tadeusz Jozefczyk”, além da unidade estadual “Izabel Rodrigues Galvão”. Ao chegaram no casarão, os alunos conferiram uma contação de histórias com a Marquesa de Santos, esposa de Brigadeiro Tobias, que foi interpretada pela atriz Tatiana Zalla que narrou a trajetória do homenageado.
Após o conhecimento biográfico, os visitantes participaram de uma apresentação sobre a flora e a fauna que envolve a região, realizada pela equipe de Educação Ambiental da Secretaria do Meio Ambiente, Proteção e Bem-Estar Animal (Sema), que mostrou as individualidades naturais do entorno.
Segunda a orientadora pedagógica da E.M “Dr. Milton Leite Oliveira”, Rafaela Almeida, a visita até o local histórico reforça a importância do patrimônio da cidade, reafirmando o compromisso da população para a preservação do mesmo. “Esse é um espaço do bairro em que temos o privilégio de estar cercado de natureza, e essa oportunidade levará o conhecimento de preservação. Esperamos que outras crianças também tenham essa mesma chance, valorizando o que temos de histórico”, disse.
A programação especial contou, ainda, com uma oficina de pintura utilizando tintas naturais, ministrada pelo artista plástico Etore Piqueria. Após participarem das atividades, os convidados puderam conhecer a cultura da música caipira, com uma apresentação da Orquestra de Viola Caipira de Sorocaba.
