Teve início, nesta quarta-feira (20), a exposição “Elementais – Composições Geométricas”, com obras do artista visual Étore Piqueira, no Pátio Cianê Shopping. A mostra gratuita está disponível para visitação no Bloco B do empreendimento, no Piso 1, até o dia 30 de setembro.
Promovida pela Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Cultura (Secult), com o apoio do shopping, a exposição tem como objetivo levar a arte sempre para perto da população sorocabana e valorizar os artistas.
As obras são produzidas a partir da pintura de tela e da assemblagem, técnica artística que envolve a união de objetos de diferentes naturezas e origens em uma única composição. Essa combinação pode ser feita por meio de colagens, encaixes, sobreposições ou qualquer outra forma que resulte em uma nova peça, onde os elementos originais são reconhecíveis, mas o conjunto cria uma nova obra com um significado próprio.
Segundo o artista, a exposição convida o olhar do público a percorrer as linhas, ângulos e volumes que traduzem, em linguagem visual, a harmonia estrutural da natureza. Partindo da tradição da arte abstrata e do rigor do construtivismo, as obras aqui reunidas estabelecem pontes entre formas puras e o caráter orgânico dos elementos naturais (ar, água, terra e fogo).
O design ecológico conduz a escolha de materiais e processos. Reutilização, baixo impacto e respeito ao ciclo natural dialogam com a estética, reafirmando que criar é também preservar.
Natural de Sorocaba, Étore Piqueira é envolvido há quase duas décadas com as Artes Visuais. Possui o espaço artístico “Êxito Arte Alternativa”, desde 2006, onde pesquisa e trabalha com diversos materiais e linguagens artísticas. Produz pinturas, desenhos, colagens, assemblagens, esculturas, biojoias, fotografia e design ecológico e é influenciado por diversas correntes, dentre elas culturas étnicas, ancestrais e contemporâneas.
Além de seu ateliê, expõe seus trabalhos em feiras, eventos, exposições e projetos culturais. Foi por meio da sua arte, que teve a oportunidade de fazer intercâmbios em algumas regiões do País e no exterior.
A exposição “Elementais – Composições Geométricas” pode ser conferida de segunda a sábado, das 10h às 22h, e, aos domingos, das 12h às 20h. O Pátio Cianê Shopping está localizado na Avenida Afonso Vergueiro, 823, no Centro, ao lado do Terminal Santo Antônio.
