A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Sorocaba recolheu um total de 701 porções de drogas, em duas ocorrências registradas no último domingo (15). Numa delas, de tráfico em Brigadeiro Tobias (Zona Leste), foram apreendidas 482 porções e duas pessoas acabaram detidas, entre elas um adolescente de 16 anos de idade. Na outra, no Parque das Laranjeiras (Zona Norte), houve a apreensão de 219 porções de entorpecentes.
No primeiro caso, durante patrulhamento preventivo em Brigadeiro Tobias, por volta das 7h30, uma equipe da GCM avistou dois indivíduos em atitude suspeita, ao acessar a Avenida Encarnação. Ao realizar o retorno com a viatura, os agentes perceberam movimentação incomum, pois um jogou na rua cápsulas contendo substância que aparentava ser cocaína, além de uma sacola. A dupla se deslocou até um ponto de ônibus e se sentou.
A GCM realizou a abordagem e, durante a busca pessoal, foi localizada quantia em dinheiro e porções de cocaína com um dos indivíduos, de 23 anos de idade. A sacola dispensada anteriormente, por essa mesma pessoa, foi recuperada, na qual havia uma bolsa com mais drogas. O outro envolvido é o adolescente de 16 anos, que inicialmente assumiu a propriedade dos entorpecentes, porém, dentro da viatura, seu comparsa admitiu que fazia o tráfico de entorpecentes.
Os envolvidos foram conduzidos ao Plantão da Polícia Civil, onde o delegado realizou a apreensão de 305 porções de cocaína, 162 porções de crack e 15 de maconha, além de R$ 160 em dinheiro e da bolsa utilizada para guardar os entorpecentes. A ocorrência foi registrada como tráfico de drogas. O maior de idade permaneceu à disposição da Justiça e o adolescente foi liberado à sua tia, após os procedimentos legais.

Ainda no domingo, mas por volta das 17h30, a GCM avistou um homem em atitude suspeita na Rua Sofia Scotto Martins. Ao perceber a aproximação da viatura, ele conseguiu fugir em meio a uma área de mata. Durante a fuga, o suspeito abandonou uma sacola contendo 219 porções de cocaína. O material foi recolhido e apresentado no Plantão da Polícia Civil, onde permaneceu apreendido, à disposição da Justiça.
