A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Sorocaba deteve duas pessoas e apreendeu 537 porções de drogas, em duas ocorrências de tráfico de entorpecentes registradas na terça-feira (18), nos bairros Brigadeiro Tobias e Parque das Laranjeiras. Ambos os casos foram atendidos por equipes da Ronda Municipal (Romu), durante patrulhamento preventivo.
Na primeira delas, às 15h10 em Brigadeiro Tobias, os guardas avistaram um homem entregando algo suspeito para outra pessoa. Ao perceber a aproximação da guarnição, o indivíduo tentou fugir, mas acabou alcançado e abordado em área de mata. Com ele havia 140 porções de cocaína, 17 de maconha, um caderno com anotações do tráfico e R$ 80 em dinheiro, tudo dentro de uma sacola.
Durante a fuga, o acusado, de 31 anos de idade, ainda dispensou um celular, que foi recuperado pela GCM. O caso foi apresentado à autoridade policial, que registrou boletim de ocorrência com enquadramento por tráfico de drogas, e permaneceu preso e à disposição da Justiça, por crime em flagrante.
O segundo caso foi às 21h20 de terça-feira, ocasião em que a GCM surpreendeu um rapaz de 20 anos de idade saindo de área de mata no Parque das Laranjeiras, Zona Norte da cidade, portando uma sacola. Ao receber ordem de abordagem, o suspeito tentou fugir e arremessou a sacola, que foi recolhida pela guarnição. Durante a tentativa de evasão, ele ofereceu resistência, mas acabou contido.
Ao verificar o conteúdo da sacola, foram encontradas 303 porções de cocaína, 32 de crack, 23 de maconha, 26 de ice, além de um telefone celular, uma chave de veículo e R$ 5. O indivíduo negou ser o proprietário do material ilícito, mesmo assim foi conduzido ao Plantão da Polícia Civil e indiciado por tráfico de entorpecentes, permanecendo preso.
