Uma equipe da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Sorocaba deteve, na madrugada de segunda-feira (27), um homem de 44 anos de idade, por porte ilegal de arma de fogo. Após discussão na rua, ele havia escondido um revólver calibre 38, armado, em residência no bairro de Aparecidinha, Zona Leste da cidade, o qual foi apreendido.
O guardas, durante operação para remoção de um veículo irregular, por volta da 1h20 ouviram discussão nas proximidades, momento em que uma mulher, de 24 anos, alertou que um dos envolvidos estaria armado.
Os GCMs se deslocaram até o local e avistaram o acusado, portando uma arma de fogo. Ao perceber a aproximação da viatura, o indivíduo entrou em uma residência e logo saiu acompanhado de outro homem, de 41 anos, morador do imóvel.
Ambos foram abordados e questionados sobre o armamento. Aquele que antes estava com o revólver negou estar armado, porém o outro indicou o quintal como o local onde a arma havia sido deixada. Com o portão aberto, a equipe visualizou o revólver, que depois foi constatado estar carregado com seis munições intactas, sobre mureta ao lado de um vaso de flor.
Com a autorização do morador do imóvel, os guardas recolheram o armamento. Durante a ação, aquele homem que havia sido visto portando a arma assumiu a posse, mas se recusou a informar sua origem.
Ele recebeu voz de prisão e foi conduzido ao Plantão da Polícia Civil, onde o delegado lavrou boletim de ocorrência por porte ilegal de arma de fogo e ratificou a prisão em flagrante feita pelos GCMs. O outro envolvido prestou depoimento e acabou liberado.
