A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Sorocaba deteve um rapaz de 19 anos de idade, acusado de tráfico de entorpecentes no Jardim Alegria, bairro localizado na região do Éden. Na ocasião, por volta das 22h20 de segunda-feira (12), os guardas ainda apreenderam 500 porções de drogas.
Durante patrulhamento preventivo nas proximidades de uma unidade escolar no bairro, os guardas avistaram duas pessoas em atitude suspeita, ao lado de um contêiner de lixo. Um deles coloca uma mochila dentro do recipiente, enquanto o outro observava a movimentação da via.
Ao perceberem a aproximação da viatura, um dos rapazes fugiu correndo e não foi localizado. Por sua vez, aquele que mexia na mochila foi abordado no local e carregava cinco porções de cocaína. Na mochila, já prontas para venda, havia 40 porções de maconha, sete de haxixe, 160 de crack e 288 de cocaína.
O rapaz foi conduzido ao Plantão da Polícia Civil, para registro da ocorrência, ocasião em que a delegada ratificou a voz de prisão dada pelos GCMs ao acusado, que permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
“A ação reforça o trabalho constante da GCM de Sorocaba no combate ao tráfico de drogas e em ações preventivas, preservação a segurança da comunidade escolar e dos próprios públicos”, aponta o secretário de Segurança Urbana (Sesu) de Sorocaba, João Alberto Corrêa Maia.
