Durante patrulhamento preventivo pelo Parque São Bento, na Zona Norte de Sorocaba, uma equipe da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) deteve duas pessoas acusadas de tráfico de entorpecentes, por volta das 19h20 de quinta-feira (15).
A dupla estava nas proximidades de escolas e próprios públicos do bairro, em atitude suspeita na Rua Fausto Rodrigues de Oliveira. Ao perceberem a aproximação da viatura, os dois homens demonstraram nervosismo e tentaram fugir em direções opostas, mas acabaram abordados.
Durante a busca pessoal, com um dos indivíduos foram localizados três porções de cocaína e um recipiente contendo maconha. Com o segundo havia 15 porções de cocaína e R$ 19 em dinheiro. Um deles tem 36 e o outro, 35 anos de idade.
Em continuidade à ação, a GCM localizou, nas imediações, uma sacola escondida próxima de um estabelecimento comercial fechado. Dentro dela foram recolhidas 88 porções de cocaína, 11 de crack, oito de dry e oito de maconha.
Os acusados foram encaminhados ao Plantão da Polícia Civil, onde a ocorrência foi apresentada e a dupla permaneceu presa, pelo crime em flagrante de tráfico de entorpecentes, conforme especifica o Artigo 33 da Lei de Drogas, ficando à disposição da Justiça.
