A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Habitação e Regularização Fundiária (Sehab), iniciou, nesta semana, as vistorias técnicas para o início das reformas de mais quatro moradias contempladas pelo Programa Casa Linda Sorocaba, desta vez no Núcleo Habitacional Colorau I, na Zona Leste da cidade.
A etapa de vistoria técnica é fundamental para a definição das intervenções necessárias em cada imóvel, garantindo que as melhorias atendam às condições estruturais e necessidades específicas das famílias beneficiadas. As visitas técnicas são realizadas por engenheiros, arquitetos e equipe social da Sehab.
As intervenções são definidas conforme a necessidade técnica de cada residência, incluindo serviços de pintura, reboco, reparos em telhados, substituição de portas e janelas, adequações elétricas, regularização de calçadas e pisos, melhorias de acessibilidade para idosos e pessoas com deficiência física. As melhorias serão executadas conforme critérios técnicos estabelecidos pelo programa e dentro do limite financeiro previsto na legislação municipal.
Instituído pela Lei Municipal nº 12.791/2023, o programa Casa Linda Sorocaba integra o eixo de melhorias habitacionais do programa Casa Digna Sorocaba e tem como objetivo promover a reforma gratuita de moradias localizadas em Áreas ou Zonas Especiais de Interesse Social (AEIS/ZEIS), cujos terrenos já foram titulados às famílias beneficiadas pela regularização fundiária.
O Casa Linda Sorocaba segue em execução regular nos núcleos habitacionais Retiro São João, Mineirão, Itapemirim e, agora, com novas frentes de trabalho no Colorau I, assegurando a continuidade das ações e atendimento às famílias. Paralelamente, a Sehab mantém o cronograma de seleção e acompanhamento técnico nos demais núcleos contemplados, reforçando o compromisso da Administração Municipal com planejamento responsável.
Para a execução das obras, os beneficiários contam com suporte técnico da Sehab, incluindo acompanhamento social, mão de obra e fornecimento de materiais de construção, custeados pela Administração Municipal, por meio de empresa contratada via processo licitatório. O imóvel deve ser utilizado exclusivamente para fins residenciais, sendo obrigatória a residência da família no local.
