A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Projetos e Parcerias (Separ), realizou na segunda-feira (25) um encontro técnico com representantes da Prefeitura de Itu, reforçando a cooperação intermunicipal em gestão pública, captação de recursos e celebração de convênios.
Durante a reunião, foram compartilhadas ferramentas de monitoramento, procedimentos de gerenciamento de projetos e estratégias que têm possibilitado Sorocaba ampliar investimentos em áreas essenciais como saúde, educação, mobilidade e infraestrutura. O objetivo é expandir boas práticas e fortalecer a Rede de Parcerias do Ministério da Gestão e Inovação (MGI), ampliando a participação dos municípios da Região Metropolitana de Sorocaba.
A secretária de Parcerias, Jéssica Pedrosa, destacou a importância da cidade exercer protagonismo regional. “Sorocaba tem mostrado que uma gestão técnica, comprometida e articulada é capaz de transformar a captação de recursos em investimentos concretos para a população. Nosso papel é compartilhar experiências e apoiar os municípios vizinhos para que toda a região se fortaleça”, destaca.
Participaram do encontro as equipes da Separ, representadas pela secretária Jéssica Pedrosa, pela gestora de Planejamento e Execução, Bárbara Braz, e pela chefe da Divisão de Captação, Convênios e Financiamento, Layane Lacerda, além da equipe do Departamento de Convênios da Prefeitura de Itu, representada pelo diretor Tales Calegari.
A proposta é expandir a participação dos municípios da região, fortalecendo a atuação conjunta na captação de recursos e no aperfeiçoamento da gestão pública. Segundo os gestores, a união de esforços é essencial para garantir mais eficiência administrativa, ampliar investimentos e potencializar os resultados das políticas públicas locais.
