A Secretaria Municipal da Saúde (SES) promoveu, nos dias 2 e 4 de setembro, no auditório da Biblioteca Municipal “Jorge Guilherme Senger”, dois encontros para discutir os seguintes temas: Fiscalização Sanitária e Gestão do Risco Sanitário.
As capacitações foram promovidas pelo gestor administrativo de Estabelecimento de Saúde da SES, Mario Bastos. “Eu acredito que o treinamento para os colaboradores é muito importante, porque nós, como servidores públicos, que servimos a população, temos que ter um amparo e preparação técnica pra abordagem e solução dos problemas que eles têm. Por isso, nós fomos implantando o início desses treinamentos através da educação continuada”, explica o gestor.
Os encontros contaram com as presenças de fiscais e profissionais da área administrativa da Vigilância Sanitária.
Presente nas reuniões, a supervisora do Setor de Saúde e Vigilância Sanitária, Márcia de Luzia Cuter, salienta a importância da iniciativa. “Vale destacar a importância da integração aplicada pelo nosso gestor, que une a fiscalização sanitária, a gestão e a avaliação de risco. Essa visão torna a nossa atuação mais preventiva, estratégica e eficiente, garantindo uma proteção mais efetiva da saúde da população”, diz. “Espero que esses encontros aconteçam com muito mais frequência, pois foi muito positivo para todos nós”, completa.
“Foi um momento muito importante de interação com a equipe, de compartilhamento de experiências e conhecimento, com contribuições muito valiosas. Isso demonstra o comprometimento da gestão com o processo de construção conjunta e aperfeiçoamento do nosso trabalho, que é fundamental a saúde pública”, conclui a supervisora de Área de Saúde da Vigilância Sanitária, Camila Cristina Frati, também participante das capacitações.
