A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria da Saúde (SES), promoveu, nos dias 18 e 25 de novembro, oito oficinas relacionadas à Educação Permanente para residentes. Construídas a partir da problematização das práticas cotidianas do setor de Zoonoses, os temas emergiram das próprias vivências da equipe em campo nas visitas aos moradores da cidade.
Foram abordados desafios na comunicação com a população, fortalecimento do trabalho em rede, aprimoramento de processos de comunicação interna, além de outros pontos essenciais para qualificação das ações do serviço.
As oficinas foram organizadas de forma colaborativa, valorizando o saber das equipes, potencializando reflexões para melhorias no processo de trabalho. Ao todo, 125 pessoas participaram da ação.
“Inicialmente, foi criado um formulário digital pelo setor de Educação Permanente com levantamento de necessidades de ações formativas pelo olhar do trabalhador. Depois, foi proposta visita em conjunto dos residentes com agentes de Combate a Endemias e fiscais”, explica a supervisora da Área de Saúde da Educação Permanente, Ana Flávia Guimarães. “A ação proporcionou ao residente a vivência prática do dia de visita em campo feito pela equipe da Zoonoses. A partir disso, as oficinas foram realizadas”, completa.
A inciativa foi organizada pela Coordenadoria de Educação em Saúde: Educação Permanente e Residência Multiprofissional de Saúde da Família e Comunidade e Saúde Mental com ênfase na Atenção Básica, com a parceria da equipe da Zoonoses.
