O Serviço Autônomo de Água e Esgoto (Saae) de Sorocaba promove, na quarta-feira (3) e quinta-feira (4), a aplicação do Questionário de Copenhague (COPSOQ II), no auditório do prédio administrativo. A iniciativa atende à Portaria nº 1.419, de 27 de agosto de 2024, do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego, que atualiza a redação da Norma Regulamentadora nº 01 (NR-01) e inclui, entre seus requisitos, a avaliação dos riscos psicossociais no ambiente de trabalho, como carga de trabalho, autonomia, suporte social e reconhecimento.
A Portaria nº 1.419 estabelece diretrizes para que a instituição identifique, avalie e gerencie fatores que possam afetar o bem-estar emocional, mental e social dos trabalhadores. Entre esses fatores estão aspectos relacionados à organização do trabalho, demandas cognitivas e emocionais, relações interpessoais e condições que podem causar estresse ocupacional.
A atualização da NR-01 reforça a importância de que os empregadores adotem medidas preventivas e promovam ambientes mais saudáveis e seguros, de forma compreensível e alinhada às melhores práticas de saúde ocupacional.
Nesse sentido, a Segurança do Trabalho, em parceria com o Departamento de Recursos Humanos (DRH) e a especialidade de Psicologia do Ambulatório Médico, convoca todos os servidores a participarem do preenchimento do COPSOQ II.
O questionário é uma ferramenta reconhecida internacionalmente e tem como objetivo mapear a presença de riscos psicossociais, oferecendo subsídios para ações preventivas, melhorias organizacionais e fortalecimento da qualidade de vida no trabalho.
A participação dos servidores é essencial para que o Saae/Sorocaba realize um diagnóstico preciso e implemente medidas que atendam às novas regulamentações. Com o envolvimento de todos, a autarquia reforça seu compromisso com a saúde, a segurança e o bem-estar de sua equipe, alinhando-se às exigências legais e às práticas modernas de gestão de pessoas.
