Antes do retorno às aulas para o segundo semestre, a Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria da Educação (Sedu), realizou a formação dos estagiários da rede municipal de Sorocaba – 2025
A formação aconteceu no período de 14 a 25 de julho e contemplou 381 estagiários, que atuam nos Centros de Educação Infantil (CEIs) e escolas do Ensino Fundamental, sendo a maioria alocada neste último segmento.
Neste ano, a formação abordou os seguintes temas:

A formação tem como objetivo proporcionar aprendizagens significativas aos futuros educadores, contribuindo tanto para sua atuação nas escolas quanto para seu desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional. O projeto “Envolver para Desenvolver” propõe uma abordagem formativa que vai além da simples inserção no ambiente de trabalho: busca formar profissionais reflexivos, éticos e comprometidos com a qualidade da educação. A intenção é criar condições para que os estagiários se tornem sujeitos ativos no processo educativo, desenvolvendo competências, senso crítico e responsabilidade social.
“Proporcionar essa formação para nossos estagiários é uma etapa muito importante da sua atuação profissional e contribui para a elevação da qualidade tanto da qualificação profissional, bem como do ensino futuramente aplicado por eles em sala de aula”, conclui o secretário da Educação, Clayton Lustosa.
