Teve início, nesta quinta-feira (12), o curso de Design de Sobrancelhas realizado pela Secretaria da Mulher (Semul), em parceria com o Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae) Sorocaba. As aulas, oferecidas no Espaço 360º, no Centro da cidade, seguem até o dia 25 de março e são voltadas à capacitação profissional de mulheres empreendedoras ou que têm o propósito de iniciar um negócio próprio.
O curso de Design de Sobrancelhas é uma oportunidade de qualificação profissional que capacita para atuar em uma área com alta demanda no mercado da beleza. Além de desenvolver habilidades técnicas, o curso possibilita a geração de renda, o desenvolvimento dentro do empreendedorismo e a autonomia financeira, contribuindo diretamente para a criação de oportunidades de emprego e fortalecimento da independência econômica. O conteúdo do curso não se restringe à área técnica, incluindo também: Gestão de Ideia de Negócio, Gestão de Comportamento Empreendedor, além das aulas práticas e técnicas.
Ou seja, além do conhecimento prático, é importante discutir outras habilidades essenciais para o sucesso do empreendedorismo. Estão sendo abordadas tanto as habilidades comportamentais (as chamadas soft skills), bem como as habilidades técnicas (hard skills). “É crucial integrarmos essas habilidades em nossa vida pessoal e profissional, pois somos a mesma pessoa em ambos os contextos. Nesta sessão, focamos na comunicação, criatividade e inteligência emocional. Nosso objetivo é capacitar as participantes, preparando-as para uma atuação profissional de sucesso. O curso de design de sobrancelhas proporcionará as hard skills, mas também estamos trabalhando nessas habilidades pessoas, que são igualmente importante. O propósito é que as participantes consigam aplicar o conhecimento adquirido imediatamente”, explica a empresária e instrutora do curso, Celina Campos.
“Valorizo muito a inteligência emocional e a comunicação, pois acredito na importância de uma linguagem clara e acessível. A comunicação e a escuta atenta, por exemplo, fazem toda a diferença para o sucesso de um negócio. Desejo que as participantes saiam daqui com essa mentalidade forte, prontas para aplicar o conhecimento adquirido e alcançar o sucesso em seus empreendimentos”, ela completa.
