Ao longo desta terça-feira (9), cerca de 300 famílias chegaram à Secretaria da Mulher (Semul) para receber as cestas básicas doadas pela pasta, em parceria com a Secretaria da Cidadania (Secid). As famílias beneficiadas cumpriam o requisito de estarem inscritas no Cadastro Único (CadÚnico) e chegaram encaminhadas por algum dos 12 Centros de Referência em Assistência Social (Cras) do município, onde são atendidas: Aparecidinha, Brigadeiro Tobias, Cajuru, Carandá, Ipiranga, Ana Paula Eleutério, Laranjeiras, Nova Esperança, São Bento, Sul-Leste, Vila Helena e Vitória Régia.
“Temos recebido muitas demandas de famílias, muitas delas uniparentais, comandadas somente pela mulher, e que necessitam dessa ajuda para garantir comida na mesa até o fim do mês. E ficamos felizes por poder ajudar essas pessoas da melhor forma possível”, afirma a secretária da Mulher, Rosangela Perecini.
O objetivo da ação, mais uma vez, é atender a demanda por esse benefício, em todas as regiões da cidade.
A ação atendeu famílias, como a de Michele Dias Proença, do bairro Ipanema Ville. “Vai fazer diferença, porque estamos precisando. Meu marido só que trabalha, mas não é fixo, ele faz bico. Então, não tem o dinheiro certo, muitas vezes, e eu estou grávida”, ela conta. Vinda do Lopes de Oliveira, estava também Laís Souza Veronese, cuja família é formada por quatro pessoas, ela, o marido e mais dois filhos pequenos. “Ajuda bastante, estou vindo aqui pela primeira vez, porque estou precisando e fiquei sabendo que tinha direito a retirar a cesta”.
