A Corrida de Natal da Farma Ponte 2025 aconteceu no último sábado (13) reunindo um grande número de pessoas e também muita solidariedade. Os participantes doaram quilos de alimentos não perecíveis antes de iniciar a corrida e toda a arrecadação foi encaminhada para a campanha “A Fomes não é Fake”, do Fundo Social de Solidariedade (FSS) de Sorocaba. Nesta quarta-feira (17), os alimentos foram entregues à Secretaria da Mulher (Semul), que ficará responsável pela destinação final dos alimentos, a famílias sorocabanas que mais precisam. Além de alimentos, também foram doados produtos de limpeza e de higiene pessoal.
“É muito importante para nós esse tipo de parceria, pois o povo sorocabano costuma demonstrar uma generosidade muito grande, e nós, da Secretaria da Mulher, ao lado do Fundo Social e da Secretaria da Cidadania, temos revertido essas ações em acolhimento e amparo às famílias em vulnerabilidade social. Amanhã mesmo teremos uma grande ação voltada às mulheres do nosso município e isso somente é possível porque podemos contar com o gesto solidário de quem participa dessas campanhas, além das empresas e instituições parceiras”, comenta a secretária da Mulher e presidente do Fundo Social, Rosangela Perecini.
Todos os alimentos e itens de higiene e limpeza recebidos durante a Corrida da Farma Ponte foram entregues, na tarde desta quarta-feira, no Barracão Solidário, que fica na Avenida Rudolf Dafferner, 65, no Alto da Boa Vista. Mais informações, na Secretaria da Mulher, pelo telefone (15) 3218-6129.
