A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Sorocaba deteve um rapaz de 19 anos de idade, por tráfico de drogas, às 10h40 de quinta-feira (21), no Éden, Zona Leste da cidade. Com ele, que tentou fugir da abordagem, foram recolhidas 184 porções de entorpecentes.
Uma equipe da GCM realizava patrulhamento preventivo e recebeu denúncias de munícipes, informando sobre a prática de tráfico de entorpecentes nas proximidades de um campo de futebol. Diante das informações e da movimentação de pessoas no local indicado, foi solicitado apoio de outra viatura, para averiguação.
Os guardas avistaram dois indivíduos portando sacolas nas mãos. Ao perceberem a presença das equipes, ambos tentaram fugir. Durante o acompanhamento, os GCMs abordaram um deles, que carregava sacola contendo 154 porções de cocaína, 16 de maconha, nove de crack e cinco de skunk (derivada da maconha), além de R$ 18,80 em dinheiro e um aparelho celular.
O suspeito foi conduzido ao Plantão da polícia Civil, para registro de boletim de ocorrência de flagrante delito por tráfico de entorpecentes, com base no artigo 33 da Lei Federal nº 11.343/2006 (Lei de Drogas). O acusado permaneceu preso, à disposição da Justiça.
