Durante patrulhamento preventivo em frente à base da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) no bairro de Brigadeiro Tobias, uma equipe da Corporação prendeu um homem de 26 anos de idade, por tráfico de entorpecentes, no início da tarde de quinta-feira (19). Com ele forma apreendidas 83 porções de drogas.
O acusado transitava a pé pela Avenida Bandeirantes, por volta das 12h10, ocasião que, ao perceber a presença da equipe, o alterou repentinamente sua direção, entrando em um estabelecimento comercial, o que chamou a atenção dos guardas. A equipe permaneceu em observação e, não constatando irregularidades naquele momento, retornou em direção à base.
Porém, ao se aproximarem da entrada, o mesmo indivíduo correu em direção a um ônibus, gerando suspeita. Diante do comportamento apresentado, foi realizada a abordagem. O homem ofereceu resistência, mesmo assim acabou contido.
Dentro de uma bolsa, ele carregava 23 porções de cocaína, dez de haxixe, 47 de crack e três de maconha, além de um telefone celular e R$ 0,40 em moedas. O suspeito foi conduzido ao Plantão da Polícia Civil e permaneceu preso, pelo crime em flagrante de tráfico de drogas, conforme o artigo 33 da Lei nº 11.343/06.
