A equipe da Atenção Básica em Saúde da Prefeitura de Sorocaba participou, no dia 7 de abril, da Mostra de Conclusão do Curso Saúde e Bem Viver, promovido pela Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz) e organizado, no estado, pela Escola de Saúde de São Paulo. No evento, realizado na capital paulista, além de representantes da Fiocruz, também estiveram presentes representantes do Ministério da Saúde e da Divisão do Estado.
Lá, foram apresentados seis trabalhos de Sorocaba que contemplam as Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBSs) Paineiras, Wanel Ville, Laranjeiras, Fiori, Habiteto, Nova Esperança, São Guilherme e Cajuru. Tratam-se de intervenções de prevenção de agravos em saúde mental para saúde do servidor e do território. Os projetos envolvem as práticas integrativas e complementares, além de comunicação não violenta.
Um exemplo desses projetos é o que vem sendo realizado na Unidade de Saúde da Família (USF) Nova Esperança, que leva música para os acamados e, em alguns momentos, para a recepção da unidade. O curso Saúde e Bem Viver é uma formação voltada para profissionais da Atenção Primária, com foco no fortalecimento do cuidado integral.
A proposta busca promover o autocuidado, a saúde mental e a melhoria das práticas de trabalho em equipe, contribuindo para um atendimento mais humanizado no SUS. Com abordagem prática e participativa, o curso também incentiva o desenvolvimento de projetos aplicados à realidade dos serviços de saúde, ampliando a qualidade do cuidado oferecido à população.
